**Your Main Activities Are**
- Equity Prime Brokerage
- Assess, monitor and review portfolio risk; look for changes in strategies/asset mix in client portfolios and assess whether the margining methodology needs to be updated/modified to capture risk and pricing.
- Assist in margin and pricing proposals for existing/new clients.
- Automation tools for risk monitoring; analyzing internal and external client performance metrics across various dimensions; manage/execute adhoc projects for the desks.
- Generate accurate risk summaries at position/client account/regional and global level for risk monitoring.
- Analyze major swings in client portfolio and escalate them to management.
- Assessment of cost and value of client portfolios and securities.
- Back testing client portfolios and platform inventory for stability of internalization.
- Scenario analysis to analyze the impact of changes in client portfolios, cost of funding, business mix, interest rates and currency mix.
- FX Prime Brokerage
- Monitor daily production of client equity / margin figures / Market data
- Monitor risk limits of FX Clients
- Client Portfolio Analysis and provide Credit Package
- Improve on current processes and tasks
- Contact different teams across the Bank to fix issues (Sales, IT, Back and Middle Office)
- Conduct and Development
- Ethical conduct and decisions are expected in the role
- A conscientious attitude to clients, work and BNPP
- Respecting fundamental risk concepts. Always consider risk in daily activities and abide by the Key Front Officer Responsibilities and GM Principles and Guidelines
- Understand the market, credit, operational, compliance, legal, regulatory and reputational risks of transactions and relationships
- Direct contribution to BNP Paribas operational permanent control framework
- Attend relevant training courses to maintain appropriate regulatory, products and technical skills

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Science, Maths, IT & Engineering or similar areas
- Expertise with data analysis and visualization skills
- Strong working knowledge GECD product scope
- Strong knowledge of the Office tools mainly Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in programing languages such as VBA or Python is a plus
- Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
- Demonstrate strong quantitative and analytic skills
- Attention to detail - Ability to undertake a number of issues simultaneously is essential as well as the ability to work under considerable pressure
