**Role Description**

Full-time, office-based position located in **Póvoa de Santa Iria, Portugal**.

As a **core member of the team**, the **Office Manager**will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage office operations and ensure a productive and well-maintained work environment
- Welcome visitors and coordinate professional guest reception
- Oversee document control, filing, and general office administration
- Handle and distribute incoming calls and business correspondence
- Support planning and organization of corporate events and internal activities
- Provide administrative assistance and support to employees across departments

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Fluent Portuguese**and **English (mandatory)**:

- 1+ year of experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM or other business software)
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, and a proactive mindset
