We are a passionate and innovation-driven organization defining, developing, and operating Siemens Industrial Edge. As a Product Owner, you will be a pivotal force within a scrum team dedicated to advancing?core capabilities of the Industrial Edge platform, including?Industrial Edge Management (IEM) and Industrial Edge Devices (IEDs). You will translate strategic vision into tangible product increments that deliver exceptional value to our industrial customers.- **Strategic Product Leadership**: You will play a big part in crafting and articulating a compelling product vision for your domain, understanding customer needs to maximize value delivery. You'll actively contribute to the overall Industrial Edge product strategy and roadmap.-
**Feature Development & Prioritization**: You will drive the development of key features across the Industrial Edge platform, translating complex technical requirements and market demands into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. You'll own the feature backlog, ensuring meticulous prioritization aligned with strategic goals and customer impact.-
**Agile Team Empowerment**: Lead, inspire, and guide your scrum team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and self-organizing environment. You'll own and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring a clear focus on delivering impactful increments aligned with the product vision.-
**Stakeholder & Customer Champion**: Actively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders - from internal engineering teams, architects, and sales to external customers and partners - to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment. The value for our industrial customers will be at the heart of every decision you make.-
**User & Developer Experience Advocate**: Work towards an intuitive and efficient experience for all users of the Industrial Edge solutions.-
**Continuous Improvement**: Embrace experimentation, learn from feedback, and continuously seek ways to optimize processes, product outcomes, and team performance.**We**don’t** need superheroes, just super minds.
