We are an International Real Estate Investment Group looking for a **Lawyer experienced in Immigration**, for our office based in **Lisbon - Parque das Nações**.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

- Handle the notarization of documents;
- Conduct regular follow-ups on processes with AIMA;
- Provide assistance to Non-Habitual Residents.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Law Degree from a Portuguese University and Active Professional Ballot in the respective Order (mandatory);
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
- Professional experience required - more than 6 years post-admission practice;
- Experience in notarial acts and related practice;
- Knowledge of Immigration Law;
- Availability and strong commitment;
- Ability to work autonomouslyand proactivity;
- Excellent organization skills, cooperation, self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team.

AREA OF SPECIALIZATION:

- Immigration Law

This position is offered under a service provision basis (green receipts required).
