**YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS**

First point of contact for the **Concierge Service**, your role will be to take care of our member’s requests in accordance with our quality charter and our service commitments.

To carry out requests within the time limits, you will identify the customer's need, advise him and provide him with personalized advice, relevant recommendations and/or the appropriate solution.

You will guide our members regarding related to banking, insurance and conciergerie.

You will join a **demanding and dynamic team**, anxious to offer its customers a service that meets the very high standards of the luxury sector.

**THE IDEAL PROFILE**
- Have customer service experience
- Have a perfect command of **French** both orally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact in a professional manner with its various interlocutors
- Be able to work independently
- Have a sense of organization and able to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Combine responsiveness, perseverance and diplomacy
- Have an eye for detail and quality of service
- Operational English would be a plus

**PROFITS**
- Remuneration over 14 months and very attractive quarterly bonuses, transport costs up to €30;
- Payment of private driver fees for staggered hours
- Meal allowance €7.63/day
- Health Insurance after six months of seniority

- Porto Salvo - **Lagoas Park** (accessible from the center of Lisbon by public transport)
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday from 7 AM to 9 PM - 40 hours/week contract
