Elevus is a specialized recruiting company and is currently looking for a French Concierge Assistant (M/F) for a French final client with a great reputation in the labor market.

Responsabilities:

- As the first point of contact for the Concierge Service, your role will be to handle our members requests in accordance with our quality charter and service commitments;
- Identify the clients needs, advise them and provide personalized advice, relevant recommendations and/or the appropriate solution;
- You will be part of a demanding and dynamic team, offering its customers a service that meets the very high standards of the luxury sector.

**Requirements**:

- Have a perfect command of the french language both orally and in writing (mandatory);
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact professionally with different interlocutors;
- Ability to work independently;
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Be responsive, persistent and diplomatic;
- Attention to detail and quality of service.

**Benefits**:

- Contract for an indefinite period of time with a trial period of 6 moths;
- Trimestral Bonus
