Procuramos um_ Junior Payroll Specialist _para integrar a equipa de Processamento Salarial que irá apoiar as funções de payroll, responsabilidades legais e gestão de informação de colaboradores para as várias empresas do Grupo OralMED Saúde.

**Responsabilidades da função**:

- Apoio na Gestão de Entradas, Saídas e Transferência refletindo no respetivo processamento salarial e inscrição nas entidades:

- Processamento Salarial incluindo a gestão dos tempos, nomeadamente Férias, baixas entre outros;
- Apoio na gestão da atividade e responsabilidades junto da Segurança Social e Fundos de Compensação;
- Apoio no cumprimento de Obrigações legais e Declarações para Colaboradores.

**A Experiência que gostávamos que tivesse**:

- Formação Superior em Gestão Geral, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou equivalente;
- Experiência Profissional na função inferior a 3 anos em processamento, reporting e módulos adicionais de RH;
- Proficiente na utilização de ferramentas informáticas Microsoft e outras do ponto de vista do utilizador (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, outras).
