We are looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager with deep tax knowledge to join our Finance Team at our Lisbon Headquarters. You will be reporting directly to the CFO and be responsible for accounting, tax and reporting of 21 entities of Indie Campers Group and for reporting the consolidated financial statements as a basis for financial analysis and management decisions in a dynamic environment.

**What you´ll do**:

- Responsible for establishing appropriate accounting routines and controls in the actual and upcoming new countries Indie Campers is present as to properly account for business activity;
- Responsible for the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities;
- Responsible for all the tax deliverables for all entities, coordinating the tax submissions with each countries' authorities, either directly or through the established network of partners;
- Responsible for the timely presentation and accuracy of consolidated accounts;
- Responsible for managing the network of external consultants trough Europe and US;
- Gather, analyze and prepare financial information to Management;
- Research, interpret and establish accounting policies and regulations;
- Implement best practices and procedures across the different countries where operations are established;
- Involved in different accounting or controlling projects that contribute to the optimization and digitalization of the company, bringing the accounting department to the next level;
- Establish effective methods for managing the accounting team as to deliver results and achieve efficiency targets;
- Being responsible for coordinating all action with auditors.

**Who you are**:

- Degree in Accounting and Tax or Accounting;
- Certified accountant (mandatory);
- Deep tax knowledge;
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
- Autonomous;
- Attention to details;
- Tech-driven;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Good teamwork skills;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Trustworthy;
