We’re looking for a **Financial Controller & Reporting Specialist** to deliver accurate financial insights, support strategic decisions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you
Location:_ _**_Porto_**
**What You’ll Do**:
- Produce timely and accurate management control reports for Head Office.
- Drive forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Monitor and analyze headcount and expenses (actual vs. forecast/budget).
- Deliver regulatory reports in line with local compliance standards.
- Implement controls and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate across Finance and other teams to validate data and improve processes.
- Support top management with ad hoc analysis and insights.
**Perfil**
️ **What You Bring**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Finance, Management, or Accounting.
- Strong skills in **financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting**.
- **Advanced Excel expertise** (including Power Query, automation, and file optimization).
- Fluent in **English**.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
(**Hybrid work**, with 2/3 days of work in the office in **PORTO** per week)
