Renowned for its modern design, vibrant atmosphere, and personalized service, we create unique experiences for both business and leisure travelers. **Mission**:As a **Marketing Assistant Trainee**, you will support the Marketing Department in developing and executing strategies that enhance the hotel’s visibility, brand identity, and guest engagement. Through this internship, you will gain valuable experience in digital marketing, content creation, event promotion, and brand communication, while contributing to the hotel’s overall success. **What will you do?** - Collaborate in the definition of actions and the creation of promotional materials under the guidance of the marketing team. - Assist in creating and managing content for the hotel’s digital platforms (social media, website, newsletters), ensuring alignment with the brand identity. - Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, working alongside PR and social media agencies in line with the brand’s strategy. - Help monitor campaign metrics and performance, focusing on optimization and continuous improvement. - Participate in the organization and delivery of promotional events and strategic partnerships with influencers and external partners. - Assist in updating internal platforms and ensuring hotel content is always accurate and up to date across internal communication channels. - Take part in team meetings to analyze campaign results and suggest improvements. **What are we looking for?** - Eligible for **IEFP internship program**. - Academic background in **Marketing, Communication, Management, or similar**. - Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and brand communication. - Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. - Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with social media tools; design tools are a plus. - Fluency in **Portuguese** and **English**. - Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a dynamic hospitality environment. **At Meliá we are all VIP** - At Meliá Hotels International, we are committed to _**_equal opportunities between women and men_**_ in the workplace, with the commitment of management and the principles contained in Human Resources policies.
