We are a company based in Lisbon, part of a leading and internationally recognized group operating in the Gaming and Entertainment market (both online and land-based).

We are currently looking for a Legal Specialist to join our Legal & Compliance team in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

**Responsabilities**
- Draft and review legal opinions on regulatory, commercial, and operational matters;
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with providers, partners, and service suppliers;
- Support responses to external requests from competent authorities (SRIJ, UIF, law enforcement);
- Collaborate in the renewal of the online gambling license and submission of regulatory filings;
- Validate internal policies and procedures (Terms & Conditions, Cookies, Whistleblowing, etc.);
- Assist the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer in DPO and AML-related legal matters;
- Monitor and interpret legislative changes relevant to the gaming sector.

**Requirements**:

- Law degree and registration with the Portuguese Bar Association;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal advisory, preferably in gaming, technology, or regulated sectors;
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese and EU regulatory frameworks;
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
- Experience in a multinational or iGaming environment is a plus.
