We are currently looking for an intern to join our **IT Procurement** team. This is an IEFP internship, based in our Paço de Arcos office.

**Main tasks**:

- Assist in the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
- Support the preparation and administration of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs).
- Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and documentation.
- Help manage supplier relationships, including communication, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT needs and requirements.
- Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for IT procurement projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
- Excellent communication skills and a proficient level of English
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in IT and technology trends.
