**Overview of Role**: FinTrU is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Global Payroll Manager at our stunning Porto offices in Portugal. We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical professionals with extensive experience in UK payroll processing and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

- 6+ years’ experience to include a strong working knowledge of UK payroll requirements and legislation and including at least one year leading a multi-country payroll remit
- Experience of large payroll processing (500 or more employees)
- Experience in mentoring or managing a team
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
- Excellent understanding of payroll best practice and compliance

**This is an opportunity to**:

- Oversee the monthly payroll process across four jurisdictions, delivering to 1,500 employees globally.
- Liaise with our external payroll provider/s to ensure the effective operation and integration of our payrolls.
- Effectively partner with internal FinTrU teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of payroll information.
- Lead in scoping and implementing new payroll processes, policies and new payroll jurisdictions.
