RECRUITMENT OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2302HRM14108) **About the job** **Your Main Activities Are** - Keeping the most updated and complete information in Recruitment tools, in order to ensure accuracy and resilience in Recruitment, as well as to support decision making. - Managing the relationship with Hiring Managers throughout the Recruitment processes, acting as advisory partner. **Profile and Skills to Success** - Masters degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or related field - Up to 2 years of experience in Recruitment or other HR roles - Knowledge of Human Resources - Knowledge of Assessment/evaluation - Experience using Applications Tracking Systems (ATS) - Fluency in English - Ability to collaborate/Teamwork - Communication skills - oral & written - Ability to develop and leverage on networks LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
