Join us and let's write our next chapter together. **What you will be doing**: - ** Analyse Customer Data: Collect, extract, analyse, and interpret customer data from various sources (e.g., CRM systems, data platforms, web analytics, social media) to identify the trends, behaviours, and insights that will inform highly personalised multi-channel customer engagement strategies.**: - ** Develop Customer Segmentations: Create and manage detailed audience segments based on customer behaviour data to improve targeting accuracy across the customer lifecycle.**: - ** Support Marketing Automation: Develop and manage data-driven marketing automation strategies, including audience segmentation, lead scoring, and personalised lifecycle campaigns, to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. Process customer behaviour models to identify target audiences for inclusion in weekly and monthly engagement journey cycles and lead the execution and delivery of those processes.
