Join us and let's write our next chapter together. **What you will be doing**: - Develop a profound understanding of our Revenue & Cost structure, competitive landscape and network capabilities in support of delivering more effective commercial activities. - Formulate strategy to maximise network revenue to address specific business questions across functions, regions and business partners. - Value proposition management & strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups - Determine and review appropriate KPIs to coordinate business and financial performance reviews and discuss new lane level opportunities. - Guide and support sales by bringing a holistic view of interactions and engagements with customers as well as analysing the key drivers to results. - nduct regular research and analysis of competitive and market landscape **What do you bring with you**: - Curiosity and team player attitude. - Expertise in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (such as _SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Excel_) and data visualization tools (such as _Tableau_, _Pow_er BI) to analyse and present data. - Experience with query languages (such as _SQL, Hive, R, Python_, etc.) is a benefit. - Very good planning and organisational skills. - Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive Revenue growth, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness. - Reporting: Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels - Ability to work under pressure/make quick and sound decisions - Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language). - Revenue Management and/or Logistics experience is a benefit. **What do we offer**: - Attractive compensation package - Training to get you started and on-the-job learning opportunities - Extensive learning resources to further develop your skills and knowledge - Tuition Assistance Program (*applicable for FedEx positions with a permanent contract) - Employee Assistance Program for you and your family in difficult life situations - Employee reduced-rate shipping - Great career opportunities - FedEx is one of the worlds most admired companies and trusted brands year after year Bring your ideas, individuality, and dreams to our global community.
