**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

We are looking for a S**enior Technical Landscape Owner (TLO) f**or one of our strategic customer accounts.

The Role:
As a S**enior Technical Landscape Owner,** you are part of an SAP Technology expert team who are responsible for all customer SAP landscapes. You are supporting the Head of Technical Service Management in landscape management, optimizing processes and improving the end-user experience

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- amiliarity with SAP system administration tools of NetWeaver and non-NetWeaver based systems.S
- olid experience in technical planning, implementation and integration of SAP solutionsG
- ood knowledge of the entire SAP technology stack: NetWeaver, DB, OSE
- xperience with hyperscalers (Azure / AWS).S
- trong communication skills - written and verbalC
- an-do attitude, customer first and collaborative mindsetC
- apacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive wayS
- trong focus on quality, customer success and driven by resultsA
- nalytical and solution-oriented thinking

**MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS**:

- + years in customer facing and technical rolesA
- bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Management, or related field.E
- xpert in industry and standards and methodologies for operations (ITIL v3, CCoE, ITSM, TCO and E2E Operations / Run SAP, ALM) - certifications in any of these topics are a big plus

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**

E
- nglish (advanced/fluent written & spoken).A
- dditional languages like German, Spanish or Hindi are a plus.
