**About the job**
- Junior Securities Transfers Officer is responsible for booking the internal and external transfers on securities and funds

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Book the internal and external transfers on securities and funds, for all the sites
- Follow up the settlement of the transfers on the markets through our custodians network
- Liaise with the transfers team of Geneva Participates to the different securities migrations (sites and custodians)
- Participate to the permanent improvement of the processes with daily suggestions
- Communicate with other back offices teams and other WM entities

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Undergraduate degree in Economy, Finance, Management or equivalent or strong experience in bank industry
- Minimum years of experience: First experience in a securities back office Beginners accepted
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Reactive and ranking of priorities, sense of risks
- Client oriented Strong resistance to stress
- Rigorous and autonomous, eager to learn
- Financial culture
- Fluent in English
- French fluency is a plus
