**A sua função e impacto**

Procuramos um(a) **Key Account Manager**, dinâmico(a) e orientado(a) para resultados, para reforçar a nossa equipa em **Lisboa e Região Sul**. Esta função será responsável pela **gestão estratégica de contas-chave** no setor hospitalar e médico, promovendo soluções terapêuticas inovadoras junto dos profissionais de saúde.

**Principais responsabilidades**:

- Gerir e desenvolver contas estratégicas no território atribuído
- Estabelecer e manter relações sólidas com médicos, farmacêuticos hospitalares e decisores institucionais
- Implementar estratégias comerciais alinhadas com os objetivos da companhia
- Assegurar a promoção ética e científica dos produtos do portefólio
- Organizar ações formativas e apoiar projetos educacionais ou institucionais
- Monitorizar o mercado e identificar oportunidades de crescimento

**O seu perfil**
- Licenciatura em Ciências da Saúde, Ciências Farmacêuticas, Gestão ou área relevante
- Experiência prévia em funções comerciais na indústria farmacêutica (preferencialmente em Reumatologia ou Oftalmologia)
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, influência e negociação
- Mentalidade orientada para objetivos e espírito empreendedor
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e colaborativa
- Domínio de ferramentas digitais e MS Office

**Your role and Impact**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Key Account Manager** to strengthen our team in **Lisbon and the Southern Europe Region**. This position is responsible for the strategic management of key accounts in the hospital and medical sectors, promoting innovative therapeutic solutions to healthcare professionals.
- Manage and develop strategic accounts in the assigned territory
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital pharmacists, and institutional decision-makers
- Implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives
- Ensure ethical and scientific promotion of the portfolio
- Organise training sessions and support educational or institutional projects
- Monitor the market and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams

**Who you are**
- Degree in Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business or a relevant area
- Previous experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry (preferably in **Rheumatology or Ophthalmology**)
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office
