**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 6:00 - 22:00 rotating shifts (5 days/week, 40 hours) - _Weekends off_

**What You’ll Do**:
- Solve user issues on the platform with clear and effective guidance.
- Educate customers on platform features, helping them unlock their website's potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges.
- Stay up-to-date on platform updates to provide accurate and efficient support.
**What We Offer**:
- **Competitive Salary Package**:
- Base salary: €900 gross/month x 14 months (_or €1,038 gross/month x 12 months_).
- Project bonus: €90 gross/month.
- Meal allowance: €7.23 net/workday (~€145/month) via prepaid card.
- Transport allowance: €20/month.
- **Shift starting at 6:00: the company pays for Uber up to 25€ / day**so you can commute and start on time
- **15th extra salary**: €890 gross after completing your first year
- **Work-life balance-friendly schedule**: Monday to Friday - _no weekends_

**What You Need to Succeed**:
- Perfect level of French (C2-native) and fluent English (minimum B2).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping people.
- Already living in Lisbon or willing to relocate (EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit required).
