Our Portugal Platform (Lisbon and Porto) is a major HUB in Europe and certainly unique in the country by its size and its scope of activity, with all Front Office roles present (Trading, Sales, Research, Structuring, Quant & Engineering, Business Dev and Support, Marketing & Client Support, Risk Management, Data Analytics and Machine Learning, among others) We are growing fast with the ambition to become even more relevant for the worldwide activity **Your Main Activities Are** - Reverse Inquiry Flow - Picking up Client requests - Liaising with trading to get prices on requested products - Interacting/Negotiating with Clients to close transactions - Operational Control - Interacting with Clients to finalize their on-boarding - Making pre-trade validations to ensure trading is allowed (Compliance / Credit / etc..) - Post-trade tasks - Finalizing booking of Traded deals in the Sales upstream system - Interacting with our internal MO to BO chain, regarding any traded deal - Interacting with Clients and Client Services, regarding any traded deal - Digitalisation / Transformation - Continuously escalading feedback and improvement ideas to increase streamlining of the workflow - Improving conversion ratio of high touch flow into Lite flow **Profile and Skills to Success** - Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Management or similar fields - Understanding of flow products and ETFs, exposures, the financial industry at large, market impacts - Solid grasp on MS Office suite and VBA proficiency - Fluency in English both oral and written - International culture, ability to support team members. - Focus, precision and initiative - Ability to handle the pressure of a demanding fast-pace environment. **About the Team** - Based in Lisbon, the Premium Flow sales trading desk covers clients jointly with on-shore regional sales on Listed and OTC Equity Derivatives as well as ETFs LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
