**This is your new job in Lisbon if**:
- You have excellent communication skills in German and you are fluent in English (spoken and written)
- You have excellent active listening skills
- You have familiarity with online advertising products and social media
- You have great computer skills
- You are a supportive person and you have an interest in providing quality customer service
- You are open to learn all about customer care strategies and understanding of company’s products
- You are outgoing and charming
- You are able to work 40 hours per week
**Experience in customer support is a plus

- Provide a customer-friendly service by showing interest in the customer, guaranteeing a positive relationship with the brand
- Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers, approaching all their questions and doubts
- Manage customer queries about orders, accounts, payments and stock availability
