**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about our insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with claims, policy changes, and billing inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry changes.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Proficient in Russian Language
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Must be able to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
