**You Are**:
You are a dedicated HR professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support. With a master's degree in human resources or a related field, you have a good understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems. You are committed to high standards and deliver exceptional service, ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Managing day-to-day activities and delivering HR services effectively, accurately, and on time to the region.
- Acting as a key contributor for EMEA related compliance and audit requirements.
- Ensuring all operational support and procedure documentation is maintained.
- Focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes and services that shape the employee lifecycle and are efficient, scalable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
- Leveraging technology and automation to enhance service delivery.
- Managing HR data and the administration of documents, ensuring accurate processing, updating, and retention.
- Developing your knowledge on work techniques, best practices, and operational expertise.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Master's degree in human resources or related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and systems.
- Excellent English proficiency; knowledge of other EMEA language is a plus.

- Adept at leveraging technology to enhance service delivery.
- Effective communicator within and outside of your team.
- Proactive and able to work under general supervision.
