**THE ROLE**

We are looking for an **Operations Support Agent** to be part of our Operations Excellence team - you will be responsible for engaging in friendly contacts with our internal operational teams all over Europe and the US, responding to all inquiries and assisting them with the daily activities and needs.

As Operations Support Agent you will be working closely with other Operational departments (Fleet, Logistics, Customer Excellence) in our HQ in the center of Lisbon, to be able to better assist our internal teams on the field.

**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
- Direct contact with Customer Excellence team to monitor and support their Road Assistance service to customers on-trip on a daily basis;
- Provide support within the Operations department to assure a smooth and accurate workflow;
- Control daily activities and productivity reports within all of our US and European branches - develop and manage a data driven overview of our operations;
- Be familiar with the continuously evolving Indie Campers products and operational policies to ensure constant follow-up and quality feedback in assisting our teams' questions and daily needs;
- Monitor and report of operational issues and follow-up to ensure proper resolution;
- Identify operational constraints and help designing and implementing new operational procedures.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Eligible for IEFP Internship (mandatory);
- BA/BS/Master's in Business Administration or similar (mandatory);
- Fluent in English (mandatory) + French or German fluency (preferred);
- Fleet or campervan knowledge (preferred);
- Previous experience in Operations and/or Customer Service position (mandatory);
- Available to work weekends and holidays, with hybrid work regime (80% office, 20% remote)
- Software Skills - Knowledge of Excel / Google sheets (preferred);
- Problem-solving attitude;
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken);
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-growing environment;
- Fast learner and problem solver approach.
