**Job Description**:
Our team helps companies streamline and effectively manage their global mobility programme in a cost-efficient manner. You’ll assist our team with mobile employees management, employment tax, tax controversy, rewards, equity and compensation in addition to immigration and mobility policy.

As a new graduate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will work with clients from a range of industries and different geographical locations. One day you could be analyzing a client's tax residency position and another day you could be consulting clients on their Portuguese tax implications while they are considering a relocation or a long-term company secondment opportunity. Responsibilities include:

- You will deliver accurate, practical and proactive individual and employment tax advice to clients on issues relating to globally mobile employees including double tax treaty agreements, tax residency changes as well as tax planning to maximize opportunities for both the employers and the employee.
- You will act as the primary contact for employees and be also in contact with client management teams (HR and tax)
- You will assist mobile employees with their tax returns and ongoing tax matters.
- You will work with national, regional and global coordinating teams to assist with the management of mobility programs and relationships.
- Proactively manages the immigration process for a portfolio of clients from beginning to end, according to the agreed procedures and for all type of work and residence permits

**Qualifications**:

- University or college degree (economy or legal)
- Strong written and verbal communicational and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Team player, positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills, proactive approach.
- MS Office skills (intermediate or advanced skills in MS Excel)
