As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will develop and implement effective and efficient employee mobility solutions and vehicles, ensuring compliance with respective local rules and regulations for the company and the employees.

In your new role you will:

- **Provide operational and administrative support to Team Lead Employee Mobility Operations International Business Travel **in order to ensure the efficient administration and delivery of services in accordance with HR policies/procedures and defined KPIs;
- **Liaises with Government Authorities, external Consultants and Suppliers **;
- **Administer and support Employee Mobility International Business Travel processes **, manage and facilitate the tracking and reporting of provided services;
- **Authorize 3rd party vendor services for immigration, EU Posted Workers Directive registration, social security, and tax **and manage workflows of travelers needing additional support;
- **Deliver documents and data **to 3rd party vendors that are required for fulfillment services;
- **Act as internal contact **for inquiries on cross-border working scenarios **and provide consultative guidance on specific compliance requirements **regarding immigration, tax, social security and EU PWD registration topics to managers and employees;
- **Support the implementation and delivery of solutions **in regards to cross-border working scenarios (international business travel, remote work, etc.);
- **Liaise with respective in-country payroll contacts **on equal pay requirements and provide calculation of the top-up amount, if required.

You are a true team player with a proactive mindset and great problem-solving skills. You are an excellent communicator who is able to grow sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You have a structured and self-driven working style since you are able to work independently and structure your own work. Furthermore, you have high-quality standards for your work and excellent analytical skills that support your attention to detail and focus on delivery.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A degree in Business Administration/Economics, Human Resources, Social Sciences **, or similar field of studies;
- At least **1 year of experience in the field of international business travel or mobility process management**:

- preferably in a Shared Services organization;
- **Knowledge of immigration law and visa processes **would be a plus;
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools - especially **Excel and PowerPoint **;
- **Fluency in English **(mandatory). Other languages will be a plus.
