**We’re Hiring: Barista for a Family-Style Restaurant & Specialty Coffee Bar**

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. If you love coffee, have experience with specialty brewing methods, and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests — this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare high-quality coffee beverages using professional equipment
- Confidently work with espresso machines and grinders, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup
- Brew using alternative methods (V60, Aeropress, Chemex, French Press, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station
- Provide excellent customer service and share knowledge about coffee with guests
- Cooperate with the team during busy hours and support overall restaurant service

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and equipment calibration
- Passion for coffee and attention to detail
- English level B1 (required)
- Portuguese level A2 (basic conversational level required)
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
