Your mission at Webhelp As an IT Technician, you will maintain the daily telecom infrastructure and the network, necessary for the proper operation of the production sets. You will also assist users to optimize the use of the tools at their disposa. What you will be doing at Webhelp As anIT Technician, you will: - Intervene in the installation and configuration of IT and telecommunications systems according to specifications, internal requests, the Group policy, and legislation - Maintain the IT and telecommunications systems, both hardware and software - Optimize technical resources to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions - Ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance procedures - Maintain data exchange systems with remote sites - Ensure the backup and integrity of data - Ensure the setup of safety rules against hacking and theft. - Assist users in the use of production hardware and software We’ll be a great match if you: - English fluency (C1) - University Degree in relevant field - Previous experience as an IT Technician is highly valued - Ability to detect the failures of the process and work collectively - Good communication skills You appreciate our values of recognition, integrity, unity, commitment, and you are eager to create the "wow" too.
