**Quality Analyst - Dutch, (she/he), Lisbon**

We are recruiting for a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Dutch speaking Quality Analyst (Content Moderation) for their Lisbon office.

**What you will be doing**:

- Continuously follow up on resolved cases to identify improvement and training opportunities
- Actively review decision accuracy to ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards and policies
- Develops process documentation and aggregates feedback about the functionality of the processes and tools
- Manage investigations of escalations of inaccurate decisions to understand the root causes
- Mentor the team on the use of audit tools and systems
- Deliver trainings to the team on new or changing policies as well as refresher trainings on existing policy on an as-needed basis.

**Who you are**:

- Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English
- Minimum of 1 year experience within an audit or quality environment performing quality control and quality analysis (in contact center environment)
- Experience/Training in Content Moderation
- Strong functional experience with Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, charts, statistical functions)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication (both oral and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Analytical with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-making
- Strong attention to detail coupled with a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
