**Job Description**:

- Manage a business unit of consultants;
- Ensure the employee onboarding and integration;
- Support employee evaluation and career management processes;
- Ensure an efficient delivery at the recruitment level.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with Team management;
- Professional experience in recruitment;
- Previous experience in IT area;
- Proactive and ambitious;
- Result oriented;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Capability to speak, understand, read and write English in a professional level.
