We are looking for a Dev / Application Support (COBOL) to work hybrid in Porto who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity

What is this challenge about:
includes analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues;
- Perform occasional development tasks, primarily focused on evolutionary and corrective
existing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release);
ensure seamless integration;
- Respond to support tickets from business users, providing timely solutions and escalating issues as
needed to analysts or vendors;
- Collaborate with the business team, business analysts, QAs, and vendors to ensure smooth
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and Kanban practices.
What we are looking for:
- Development experience in these technologies is a strong plus;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken (C1 Level required);
- French language skills are a plus;
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously within a Kanban team.
