Empresa multinacional do setor financeiro que pretende recrutar um Legal Analyst (M/F/d).
A sua nova função
Apoiar as diversas unidades orgânicas no esclarecimento de questões do foro jurídico, que sejam identificadas a todos os níveis;
Preparar e/ou rever (entre outros) contratos de fornecedores, de crédito e protocolos comerciais;
Identificar os requisitos legais aplicáveis à instituição, sobre as atividades e produtos desenvolvidos;
Proceder à emissão do mapa de riscos legais, de acordo com a metodologia em vigor, assim como contribuir para o seu desenvolvimento;
Elaborar relatórios ocasionais e periódicos de âmbito jurídico solicitados pelo acionista, entidades reguladoras ou Comissão Executiva;
Participar nos comités e reuniões em que sejam analisadas questões do foro jurídico, assegurando a emissão de opiniões no âmbito da gestão do risco legal;
Definir e atualizar os dashboards com indicadores que permitam monitorizar a exposição do banco aos riscos legais;
Emitir opiniões sobre a resolução de processos de litígio, de acordo com a materialidade definida;
Acompanhar as situações de litígio que envolvam ou possam envolver a empresa e a sua administração;
Reunir e preparar a documentação de suporte para validação jurídica de novos produtos e atividades, a utilizar em Comité próprio;
Coordenar a gestão do societário do banco, assegurando a conformidade com o governance do Grupo e da legislação nacional em vigor;
Gerir o canal de comunicação com as entidades reguladoras relativamente ao processo de formalização dos órgãos sociais;
Elaborar propostas relativamente a remunerações e nomeações de novos membros, compreendendo a avaliação dos mesmos, a apresentar posteriormente no BdP e BCE.
O que necessita para ser bem sucedido
Licenciatura em Direito
Experiência profissional mínima de 5 anos em funções jurídicas
Especialização em Direito das Sociedades Comerciais
Agregação à Ordem dos Advogados concluída. Experiência profissional mínima dois anos pós agregação em funções de assessoria jurídica ou em sociedade de advogados de relevo
Bons conhecimentos de Inglês
Facilidade de comunicação e argumentação
Forte capacidade de planeamento e organização
