**Responsabilidades**:

- Receção e acompanhamento de clientes;
- Apoio e acompanhamento na integração dos novos alunos
- Avaliação do Progresso dos alunos e Satisfação dos alunos
- Gestão de reclamações e pedidos para marcação de aulas;
- Trabalho administrativo e de apoio aos cursos

**Perfil do Candidato**:

- Fluente em Inglês e Português
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação, interação e iniciativa;
- Dinamismo e capacidade de organização;
- Experiência de informática na ótica do utilizador
- Flexibilidade de horários incluindo sábados de manhã;
