**About Hira Talent**

We are now hiring an **International Recruiter - German Market**, based in **Lisbon**, to support our continued expansion across Europe.

This role is for someone ambitious, people-driven, and ready to grow fast in an international environment.

**About the Role**

As an **International Recruiter at Hira Talent**, you will:

- Manage the full recruitment process from first contact to placement
- Work closely with international clients (BPO, Tech, Customer Support, Sales)
- Represent Hira Talent’s values: human, transparent and performance-driven
- Contribute to the growth of our Lisbon hub and international community
- Be part of one of the most active **expat & talent communities in Europe**

This role is ideal for someone who loves people, enjoys sales & communication, and wants to build a real international career.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Fluent in German**:

- Good level of **English**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, ambitious and self-driven mindset
- People-oriented, energetic and resilient
- Previous experience in **recruitment or sales** is a strong plus
