Workster Agency partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Polish-speaking Online Marketing Sales Experts for their offices in Lisbon. Are you passionate about online Advertising and new technologies?
Would you like to join one of the leading tech companies? You will support our client, growing and developing your extensive client base in an innovative and fast paced environment
**Key Responsibilities**
- Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space
- Consulting with clients to provide the best solution for their business goal and use existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals
- Qualifying business to be handed over to a team of skilled account managers with the goal to increase the customer’s revenue
- Using existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals;
- Use a variety of tools including MS Excel, Salesforce and others to research, communicate and sell to the customers
- Regularly feeding product feedback from customers back into the organization in order to continuously improve advertising products
**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- Solid Sales experience, ideally in BPO
- Fluent Polish (C2) and English at good level (B2-C1)
- Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
- Strong communication skills
- Achievement and goal oriented
- Motivated and self-starter
