A Digital Growth Marketing Specialist’s job involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.

**Responsabilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads.

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Optimize website content, landing pages, and conversion funnels to maximize user engagement and drive conversion rates.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve campaign performance.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and results.

Identifying target audiences, creating customer segments, and developing personalized marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in related field.

Proven track record of at least 2 years in digital marketing, with a focus on growth and performance

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and tools.

Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation software.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
