**Digital Marketing Technician** to join our team at Globant

- Support Leadership and Business Regional Managers in driving efforts across multiple value offerings.
- Interact confidently with senior leadership within the sphere of responsibility.
- Be an individual contributor with ability to balance multiple competing priorities with limited guidance.
- What will help you succeed:_
- Goal and customer oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with external clients in a Marketing organization to understand their business.
- Understanding of Analytics processes.
- Skill in Adobe, Google Analytics (GA4) and mobile analytics tools.
- Experience tagging process.
- Experience auditing and reporting stages.
- Fluent written and spoken English (Upper Intermediate-Advanced Level).
- Organized, detail and process-oriented.
- Ability to manage time, self-motivate, and deliver projects on time.
- Proactive and hands-on.
- Self motivator with strong communication skills.
- Hybrid profile: between business and technical knowledge.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS and JS.
