**The company**:
Work for a multi-billion dollar corporation, founded in 1907 as a courier service in the United States. This is one of the most famous and valuable delivery services in the world, specializing in transportation, logistics, capital and e-commerce service. They manage the flow of goods, finance and information worldwide in more than 200 countries and territories every day.
**The role**:
As a German-speaking Customer Advisor, you will answer customers' questions and concerns in your language, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and solving technical problems, and you will keep yourself updated about the company’s products and services.
**This is your new job in Lisbon if**:
- Excellent communication skills in German and fluent in English (written and spoken)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are open to learn everything about customer care
- You are able to work in shift system (Monday to Friday)
- You are happy to live in Lisbon
- Some experience in a call centre is nice to have, but not mandatory
**Your day to day at work**:
- You will process the inbound calls related to the services offered by the company
- You will process pickup requests
- You will provide information on deliveries and price inquiries and shipment tracking
