ICX Europe provides customer care with varying luxury fashion e-commerce sites of some of the world's leading designers. Our brand-new office is conveniently located in the heart of Lisbon near Avenida metro station.

We are looking for fluent English/French speaker (level C1 / 2 or native), with excellent communication skills and availability to work flexible shifts during our operation hours of Monday-Friday 8am-8pm.

**Qualifications and requirements**
- Fluent in English and French, spoken and written (C1 / 2 or native)
- Superb communication skills
- Computer skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Experience working in a customer service (or similar) role with contact centre / office environment preferred, but not required
- Previous luxury fashion experience is an added value

This job is ideal for someone who has great people skills, a positive attitude, and enjoys working autonomously in a team setting.

ICX Europe is a fast-paced workplace that requires timely and accurate data entry and independent decision making; all the while, complying with policy and procedures set forth by the company and its clients.
