Affiliate Manager

CEX.IO is looking for an affiliate manager that will act as the crucial link between the business and our affiliate partners, ensuring a smooth and mutually beneficial relationship.
**Requirements**:
- Traffic arbitrage experience;
- Work experience in crypto/fintech/gambling/gaming — from 3+ years
- Understanding of Internet industry, various sources of traffic and online marketing
- Excellent communicative skills
- Knowledge of the markets of US, EU, Asia, Middle East, Latin America — is a plus
- Good analytics and tracking skills
- Upper-intermediate English;
- Ability to analyze advertising companies by baseline
- Understanding of different payment models specificity, types of traffic and parameters of sales funnel alignment
- Work experience with affiliate networks on different payment models (Revshare, CPA particularly)
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyzing demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for signing new affiliate partners.
- Communicating with affiliate partners to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts
- Evaluating the performance of affiliate partners by reviewing reports, interview notes, and other documentation
- Reviewing content on affiliate websites to ensure it is relevant and appropriate for the brand or product being promoted
- Negotiating contracts with new affiliates or renewing existing agreements with existing partners
- Creating proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
- Monitoring affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information
