Country Social Media Specialist

**What the role is**

Work as a team player with the Country Marketing Manager and the local team, to guarantee the best Country Social Media presence, country accounts management and social media strategy, including country and Selina Branded F&B accounts, guaranteeing deliverables with quality and according to brand standards.

**What you will be doing**Social Media Plan and Execution**:
- Responsible for the Social Media Plan including the posting calendar and SM KPIs for country and F&B channels.-
- Content curation of UGC to be used in the country and F&Bs accounts.-
- Bring innovative ideas from conceptualization to social media platforms for all digital and social campaigns.-
**Analysis and Reports**:
- Track on a monthly basis SM results and next steps definitions, for country and F&B accounts.-
- Support with monthly presentations for monthly Country Social Media meetings.-
- Track the country budget for paid ads in the social media platforms.-
**Community management**:
- Ensure in collaboration with the experience, location teams and F&B team all the comments and direct messages are answered in a timely manner.-
**Influencers Strategy**:
- Manage the content creators and influencers meaning onboarding, execution and follow up of the results in the collaborations with the local marketing and experience team.-
**Brand Standards**:
- Work together with the Global Social Media team, to guarantee SM guidelines are correctly applied.-
**Others**:
- Guarantee and improve way of working and processes at country level-
- Be the connection between experience teams in country and location with the global team in order to align country communications.**What you need for the role**- 3+ years of experience in social media- Excellent communication skills- Agency experience is a plus- Expert in Social, required to know what works, and what doesn't. Understanding the need to be responsive, to rapidly create social content that's on brand, and relevant, in our fast paced, ever changing world.- Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines and kpis- Ideally to work from the portuguese location Lisbon Secret Garden 1 to 2 times per week.- Available to visit the other portuguese locations when needed, specially when relevant events are taking place.- Keen follower of technology, worldwide events, and pop culture, and understand how to create engaging, meaningful content for the brand.- Experience dealing with Influencer marketing campaigns.- Experience in building Social Media strategy and action plan.- Strong experience in analytics tools like Social Bakers, Emplifi, Google analytics.- Strong Experience in Business Manager and Facebook ads manager- Experience in social media management tools.- A keen eye for aesthetics and details- Languages: Portuguese is a must and advanced English is a plus.
