We are seeking a Data Analyst / BI Developer with a robust background in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization tools and Data Science, to be integrated in BI&DS Chapter, of the Data Management and BI Team, on IT GBCR Department within the CIB business unit.

**Qualifications**
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive and visually compelling dashboards in Power BI, focusing on user experience and data storytelling.
- Engage with Business Users and other BI&DS Team Members to gather and refine requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate different design solutions to enhance the usability and effectiveness of dashboards, employing data-driven design principles.
- Investigate data discrepancies and lead initiatives towards their resolution.
- Interpret and optimize existing data models to improve data flow, reporting capabilities, and performance metrics.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and inform dashboard design.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization, BI tools, and data science methodologies.
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or in a similar senior role.
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence methodologies, particularly in data visualization (must have).
- Proficiency in Power BI and experience in developing and managing BI reports.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Good level of English (at least C1).
