Our Customer Service team is growing

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to help us manage and support client accounts across different regions, ensuring smooth handling of orders, customer data, shipments, and queries.

Main tasks:

- Receive and process customer orders
- Update and maintain customer data
- Respond to customer queries and solve problems
- Collaborate with teams such as Commercial, Supply Chain, and Logistics
- Support customers from other regions when needed
- Join customer meetings and help with complaints or disputes
- Keep documents and records organized
- Assist with forecasting, deliveries, invoicing, and system updates

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years' experience in customer service, sales support, import/export, or relevant combination of education and experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computer systems specific to customer service
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Basic accounting skills
- Fluent, written and spoken English is essential (additional fluency in at least one other main European language would be useful.)
- Experience of export in either a customer service or logistics background is preferred

Recipharm manufactures several hundred different products to customers ranging from big pharma to smaller research and development companies. It operates development and manufacturing facilities in France, Germany, India, Israel, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the US and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
