Process Improvement Manager

**ROLE**:

- Process Analysis and Improvement - review existing processes across the company to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Project management - Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Change management - Work with department heads and senior management to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs and measure the effectiveness of process improvements

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in process improvement, operations management or related field
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives, with tangible results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to create high-quality and engaging content, with a particular focus on writing persuasive copy
- Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver results on time and within budget
- Effective communication and leadership skills
