**We’re hiring: Operations Associate - Lisbon**

**What we’re looking for**:

- Fluent in **Portuguese and English** (spoken and written)

- Based in **Lisbon**, with flexibility to work weekends and shifts (on-site role)

- Experience in **hospitality, reception, or tourism**

- Strong **problem-solving mindset** and ability to stay calm under pressure

- **Guest-centric** approach with excellent people skills

- Highly **organized, detail-oriented**, and eager to learn

**Your responsibilities**:

- Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests

- Support daily operations across departments like Maintenance and Housekeeping

- Manage reservations, guest communications, and daily operational tasks

- Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate and share information effectively
