**Customer Service Advisor with Dutch - Join Us**:
Are you a **customer service professional** fluent in **Dutch** seeking a new challenge? Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a dedicated **Customer Service Advisor** to support our Dutch-speaking clients. As part of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch assistance, solving problems, and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Customer Service Advisor, your main duties will include:

- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Contribute to the improvement of our customer service process and strategies.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Dutch (B2/C1)** both verbal and written and **English B2** level
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- **Permanent Right to Work in EU**
