**Our client is one of the most popular Hotel service in the world.** The Group has 35 brands that range from luxury to economy, offering a ‘full suite’ of choice when it comes to hospitality and conference and events venues offering a wide selection of properties to accommodate customers of all budgets Its services offer amazing hotels deals in many places in the world. We are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking Back-Office employees for our team in Lisbon. We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Provide information about hotel products or services, accept or plac orders for suppliers (food, hotel equipment, other services), delete accounts of inactive suppliers or obtain complaint details
- Be responsible for the **administrative support** to the financial area - accepting invoices, forwarding to relevant departments, data validation
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists
- Double check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly

- **You speak communicative English - min. B2 level**:

- You live in Lisbon area or you are ready to relocate there
- You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people

**What do we offer?**
- **Possible start: 28.09**:

- **Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **1283€ gross x12 months or 1100€ gross x 14 months**:

- **up to 150€** gross** performance bonus**/month
- **meal allowance**: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- Fixed term, renewable full time employment contract for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law)
- Complete online hiring process regulated
- **Shifts system**:Monday to Friday** (7h-16h or 8h-17h or 9h-18h) - 40h per week incl. Public Holidays**:

- **We offer hybrid work system in the area of Lisbon: 2 days in he office & 3 days Homeoffice**:
