Talent Acquisition

**Job Purpose**:
**The Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the talent acquisition process and optimizing HR processes, procedures and activities to support MoonLake HR strategy and the overall company's growth objectives**

**Key Accountabilities**:
Talent Acquisition:

- Keep our HR information system - Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Module updated and the Talent Acquisition dashboard.
- Ensure in alignment with the HR BP and Head of function the budget compliance.

HR Operations & Development:

- Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support HR processes, such as employee lifecycle events (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations) and performance management activities.
- Coordinate logistics for HR-related meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, processes, and initiatives.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR communications related to all HR topics.
- Participate on the execution of special projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, HR processes improvements, HR culture and engagement activities.
- Support the business in all the necessary HR requirements.

**Your profile**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. (or equivalent relevant experience)

- ** Experience**:Proven experience (3 years+) working in HR with a strong focus on talent acquisition and also in HR operations and development.

**Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies**:

- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (Personio would be a plus) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactivity to go beyond and deliver stellar outputs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills will be essential to this position.

**Work Location**:

- 2 days a week at our brand new Porto office
