Our main customers are Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Procurement teams building the world’s most innovative products.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent and People team here at Geomiq. This role will be focused on talent coordination and continuing to help to scale Geomiq into a high growth high performing business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the Head of Talent and Development to prioritise key role within the business
- Working directly with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
- Drafting job descriptions for upcoming roles
- Sourcing and screening exceptional talent relative to hiring needs
- Scheduling interviews throughout the business, which includes understanding different employee’s schedules
- Benchmarking salaries for new hires

**What Are We Looking For?**

**Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience hiring common start-up roles, such as, SDRs, Account Executives, Engineers and developers
- Experience working in high-growth start-ups
- Experience working in an autonomous environment or with very small teams
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
